I need to get better at drawing hats,and guns.
This shot of the Ha-Hacienda, in panel 4,is taken from Jerry and Drew’s house across the street.Still facing the Ha-Hacienda if you look down the street to the left you’ll see the home of Lee and Annie,and past them The Fortress of Self Rising.Beside Drew and Jerry live Skeeter and Wilma.Mel lives in a loft in town.
Sorry for the missed updates,life got a little overwhelming the last few days.Anyway we have the first subtle hint that,maybe,Ha-Ha isn’t responsible for kidnapping Annie and Mel.
Maybe before I did this story I should have created more villains?
From the beginning Annie has had Brown hair,I just didn’t know how to convey that in Black and White.If you don’t believe me check out the cover to Beware the Boon available from Amazon.When I started to move into the greys I decided to change it,and if I’m going to change the color I may as well change the style too.
Anyway this is strip 500 and we finally get around to a good Biscuit Pete story this year.

I mean this is EXACTLY how I got the money to do this strip.
I don’t want anyone thinking my hometown is overwhelmed by meth labs.Why judging from the smoke,and loud bangs heard the previous evening,several of them are now out of business.
I have no idea why I’m suddenly drawing backgrounds.It’s just started happening without provocation.
